My Poor Car

Hello everyone,

hope all have been well over the days since I've last posted. Halloween was so much fun as I dressed up as a pirate and walked around with my "Belle" dressed niece. I even managed to find a pirate princess and walked around a bit with her as we all went around for candy. The days have been flying by as well, as I count down the remaining weeks until this semester ends. Thanksgiving and Christmas are also right around the corner, which I am not ready for at all.

Today has officially become the first day of snow of the season. Snow, white floofs that fall from the sky during the coldest time of the year.

I also have just had to call my insurance company to hopefully get my windshield repiared. While on my way home Thursday night from school, I heard a very loud snap. A snap that sounded like a good size pebble had hit my window, had been of no concern to me at the time. Now, I have been sick for a week (roughly) and have been sick in bed for a few days. So it wasn't until Sunday (yesterday) that I found a quarter sized crack in my windshield. The crack also looks like the pebble that made it is still stuck inside it.
Luckily my insurance company is calling for SafeLite to come repair my window and it will be fixed by Wednesday. Thank goodness too, I can only picture the crack getting bigger as the temperature got colder.

See you again next time I post. Maybe I'll talk about this business plan I've been trying to make for my business class.

It is said that - a long, long time ago, Corn Spirit was so honored by being allowed to be one of the sustainers of life that she asked Creator what more she could do for her people. Creator told Corn Spirit that she could make a doll from the husks of corn, to make the children happy and keep them safe so the adults could do their daily work. Corn Spirit set to work, making the doll. When finished, she gave the doll a beautiful face and sent her to play with the children, and make them happy. The beautiful Cornhusk Doll went from village to village , playing with the children and doing whatever she could for them. Cornhusk Doll knew the best gam...
